Meeting Rooms

The Pella Community Center provides a meeting place for many local community groups. The rooms that are available can seat 15-30 people. The rental cost for the meeting rooms is $7 per hour. Click Here for rental agreement
Auditorium

The Community Auditorium may be rented for $20 per hour. There is a $200 fee
for each performance in the Auditorium. Click Here for rental agreement
Dining Room

The dining room is available from the Tulip
City Golden Agers at a charge of $30 for the first two hours and $6 for each additional
hour. The lounge on the second floor is also available for rent at $6 per hour with
a maximum of $25. To rent either of these facilities contact Stella Meulpolder at
628-2350.
Indoor and Outdoor Pools

Both the Indoor and Outdoor Pools may be rented for a family get-together or that special occasion like a birthday or office party.
The Indoor Pool may be rented Wednesday or Friday night after 6:30 pm. The Outdoor
Pool may be rented Monday through Friday nights after 9 pm.
All rentals must be made with the director at least two weeks in advance. Availability is based on being able to staff parties.
Gymnasium

The gymnasium may be rented for $20 per hour. Those renting the gym are responsible for picking up a key to the west entrance on the day of the rental at the Community Services Office during regular business hours, (8 am-5 pm.). Reservations may only be made by calling or stopping by. Click Here for rental agreement
Ball Fields

During the ball seasons the fields can be reserved for extra practices. The Youth Leagues will have practice schedules for them but the adults will have to call ahead. If the practices are to be in the night, a key will have to be picked up at the Community Services Office.
If your team or organization would like to host a tournament, the fields may be rented for a fee which would consist of time and material to prepare the fields. Call to make reservation.
Park Shelters

All shelters may be reserved between May and September. You may call after January 1 to reserve the shelter. Two time slots are available 10 a.m.-3 p.m. or 4-9 p.m. A $25.00 reservation fees is charged per time slot. |
