Pay Your Bill
New Residents
New residents should contact City Hall at 641.628.4173 to set up utility service. New residents are required to complete a service application and pay a deposit or provide a qualifying letter of credit from a previous gas or electric company.

All Bills
The City of Pella bills for electric, water, sewer, and garbage services. All bills are mailed the last business day of the month for the previous month's usage and are due the 20th of the following month. There is a customer charge for all services that is included in the amount due for each service. Refer to the back side of your bill to see service code abbreviations, Mayor and City Council contact information, and a department directory.
